In case of inclement weather, announcements will be made over various radio and television stations such as 700 WLW and 55 WKRC AM, WEBN 102.7 FM, KISS 107.1 FM, FOX 92.5 FM and Channel 12. Announcements may be as follows:

''All programs operated by the Hamilton County DDS will be open with no transportation.'' You may transport individuals to the program and will need to transport them home.

''All programs operated by the Hamilton County DDS will be on a one-hour delay.'' (Bus transportation may be limited when the programs open on a delayed basis. If you bring individuals to the programs, you may have to also transport them home.)

Please do not bring individuals to the center unless you are certain it is open. Please call to make sure the center is open.

Staff to report to work unless notified otherwise by supervisor
