John works at Goodwill, and is an involved member of the Cincinnati community.

He loves performing through the Marjorie Book Continuing Education Society as an actor in various stage productions, is actively involved in church as an altar boy and attends dance classes at A'merica Dance Studio. He starred as "Cowboy Bob" in a stage production of Footloose in August.

John is also in Special Olympics. His favorite sports are bowling, basketball and golf. In golf, he is competing at the state level at the Meadow Link Golf Academy this month.

As if that weren't enough, John serves as President of Aktion Kiwanis Club for people with disabilities and is a member of Young Christian Heart, a group of young people who pray together and read the Bible. He is also a well-known as an artist and enjoys painting, drawing and writing stories.

Most recently, John was featured in a commercial for Ohio Valley Goodwill's Auto Auction program, along with Public Information Officer Michael Flannery.

John is also modeling for an upcoming event, the What Matters Most Fashion Show, sponsored by CARA, Community Ambassadors Resource Alliance. As a primary co-sponsor of the exciting premiere event, Ohio Valley Goodwill is providing many of the fashions for the show as well as 20 models who are individuals connected with Goodwill as well as members of its staff. Proceeds will benefit People for MR/DD Services, Inc.
