Will Haven, 17, recently returned to the agency school Bobbie B. Fairfax after a stint at Brookside in Mason.

"We're happy to have him back," said his teacher, Julie Reynolds, "He got a dynavox right before he left, and now we can see it in action!"

Will's dynavox has five separate folders that contain phrases, and two switches. One switch allows him to scroll through the folders to find what he wants to say, and the other allows him to say the phrase. "As he learns to use it, more options for what he wants to say will be added," said Julie.

Will lives at St. Joseph Home in Springdale and has a very involved family, and lots of friends.

"Will is very social," said Kelly Hansen, Assistant Principal at Fairfax. "He's got a great sense of humor."

His class recently saw a performance of Beauty and the Beast at the Children's Theater, and Will loved it, never looking away from the stage. He also enjoys visiting friends from his old class, seeing his dog Molly and cat Gary, and seeing his girlfriend Lauren.
